Primary Department

We pride ourselves on the very high standard of care which is given by our  dedicated and experienced teachers. We put a very special emphasis on social training and helping children to work together in a thoughtful and co-operative way.

Groups are very small, and the children benefit from structured and carefully-planned teaching to a high standard. We emphasise lit eracy and numeracy whilst not overlooking the importance of acquiring skills and knowledge in humanities, physical education and the arts.

Children enjoy maximum support and encouragement within a framework of respect for each other, good manners and sound academic progress. We focus on the needs of each child, and our staff specialise in individual help and attention.

As in the UK education system, children can start with our Pre-School Programme from the age of 3½ and they join the Primary Department when they are aged 5.
